Two teenagers, Allen and J, decide to sneak into an abandoned building in their hometown.  The derelict hotel quickly takes on greater meaning to Allen as he navigates his early 90's high school experience.  When America begins Operation Desert storm, Allen's daydreams of the hotel begin to merge with the eerie night vision news footage of bombs and artillery that he sees each evening.  As cracks appear in his friendship with J, his fantasy world becomes increasingly important.
